# 101. DODGE AND BURN by The Dead Weather

This 2015 record is the third in The Dead Weather’s studio output. The band is considered a supergroup, the most notable member of which is Jack White (The White Stripes, The Raconteurs). Considered alt/garage rock, the album rocks throughout and does well to have lead vocals handled by both White and Alison Mosshart (of The Kills). And, as if White hasn’t already done anything and everything with multiple bands, he decided that, for this band, he was going to be the drummer rather than lead guitarist. So, if you’re in the mood for something a little harder give a listen to ‘I Feel Love (Every Million Miles),’ ‘Buzzkill(er)’ and, especially, ‘Mile Markers.’
