This 2020 debut EP by British indie pop singer-songwriter Holly Humberstone draws comparisons to other musicians that have been featured on this blog, including Phoebe Bridgers, Haim and Sky Ferreira. Simultaneously melancholy but upbeat, Humberstone has a knack for finding a happy medium between the two emotions. The first three songs are definitely the place to start, but the EP is so short (25 minutes), you might as well listen to the end.
