Continuing my trip down nostalgia lane I present this 1977 debut record by one of the Brothers Gibb - Andy. You may recognize that last name as belonging to his three other siblings - The Bee Gees. Andy was never part of his older brothers' band but had a successful, albeit brief, career on his own. I say brief because he died at the age of 30 after suffering through years of depression, alcohol and substance abuse that took a toll on his body, particularly his heart.

The opening track on this record is one of his absolute biggest hits and the one that I most associate with Andy - 'I Just Want To Be Your Everything.' Every time I hear this song it brings me way back to the late 70's and some of my earliest memories. His vocals are distinctive and easily establish the connection between him and his brothers. The album as a whole has pop, disco and even some country elements so to continue your exploration, I would recommend these additional tracks: 'Flowing Rivers,' 'Dance to the Light of the Morning' and '(Love Is) Thicker Than Water.'
